The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Glorious Project does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall Glorious Project, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glorious Project is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
